I ordered on 11/19 but didn't receive until 11/25. 2)The port-in service didn't work. I called 1-800# twice waited for more than 30 minutes still didn't work. A lady called on 11/28 me and gave me a number for Verizon port center. Finally, it worked...

Cust Service was friendly & tried to resolve problem right away... However, I was told that in-bound calls would be working after calling customer service. That wasn't true. I had to go to Verizon to get service working.

I am waiting for the mailing label so that I may return my purchase immediately and get the credit on my Credit Card and the activation fee returned by Sprint. Thank you for your service.

My experience with Lets Talk has been overall positive. I have purchased from Lets Talk twice and have recommended it to others. The prices Lets Talk offers are very competative and I will definitely look to use them in the future.

There were problems with e-mails coming to me regarding order that were not in sync with actual contact by phone and resolution of issues. A little frustrating. I cancelled the order, but I am going to try again, customer service staff is great!
