I placed an order. Billing showed up on my account that day the 4th of may. My order never came nor did they let me know that the products were not available or that the products would be delayed forever!

I ordered a product, it didn't say it was back ordered , I was needing it for a specific date and a week later when I tracked it it had not even been shipped. I had to cancel. This website had been recommended by several people about how fast...

Excellent product and service. Shipping to Canada was a little high - I do feel that it is possible to reduce the cost somewhat.
