Guaranteed delivery by Thanksgiving is misleading. I grew tired of waiting on hold for 40 minutes at a time. Problem was never resolved. Think twice before ordering. Pay retail, the hassle isn't worth the few dollars of savings!

verification of my credit card was verified by visa on 10/31/09@3.00pm rugs said they could not get autorization. I called rugs and after 1 hour on the phone. I called previously and was they were back-ordered. I would hate to run a business this...

Reaching customer services was a nightmare. It took several tries to reach customer service at all, then I was on hold for over 45 minutes, both times. I got no response at all with live online chat.

Everything was perfect, except for the rug pad arriving a week after the rug. Not a big deal (both arrived within expected timeframe) but a little confusing for a moment. GREAT products. I can't believe how beautiful & plush the polypropelene rug...

It takes forever to get through to your customer service dept. By email it takes about 24-28 hours.
