One of the items was missing from my shipment. Beuaty Bar made it easy to go to their website, select which item I did not receive and it was shipped to me the next day! Excellent customer service

The shipment come in two packages. I am not sure why the boxes the products were shipped in wer huge compared to the products. I did not receive the samples that I requested. I will use Sephora instead when I need beauty products.

My order was broken up into 2 pieces but the second item (blotting papers) was shipped out the day after the first. It would be great to have an option to see if I would prefer 1 shipment vs. 2. If the wait isn't too long, I would prefer just 1...

I love getting my order so quickly which is why I use beauty bar. However, I also look for sales so I don't always use them when ordering certain products.
