thanks to the gates store Rep. for helping me out. i visited 2 other radio shack stores and they did not even know you had the product. the stores should be informed of your service

I am not happy for the reason that I have not yet received my order. The only order that I received was the battery and that have not been the MAIN order. I want to receive my order that I paid my money for.

RadioShack.com has the things that the local Radio Shack stores used to carry years ago. I am still glad to see Radio Shack still supports the amateur electronics builders/hobbyists and young science kids.

the purchase did not work mith my system so I returned it to my local radio shack . Now I have to check to see if I was credited if not how long it will take
