Products were as described. However, more information could have been provided for the small pet leash. The only information was small/medium/large. It didn't describe which size was for a ferret or a rabbit or the neck or body size of the animal...

I wish they had carried it in the store so I could see exactly how big it was. I would've likely gotten the smaller one. As I needed it asap, I just kept it. It was nice to receive it within a week though.

We love the carrier for traveling we just pop open the lid and she our little dog can eat and drink she can ride now seeing by looking out the windows instead of us holding her to look out and it has a safety harness so we can not only lock the seat...

Continue the good work done. I must say it's also your adoption corner that draws me to your company. Help the shelter more, and mke it known to your customers so that they can at least play a part in supporting business with a heart.
