The fish filter this order refers to was received earlier than expected which is entirely over expectations & therefore no problem (I happen to be home almost 24/7/365) & was purchased to replace a fish filter of the same type that suddenly quit.

The only thing that I'm NOT satisfied is that the bergan elevated dog feeder wasn't the same as pictured on the website. The color description says that it is grey and in the picture it looks grey & black but the item received is baby blue & grey.

I always buy my pet supplies from PetSmart. Since our local PetSmart was damaged by fire I will either order online or travel to another city to buy my supplies.

Anywhere else in the world, "Overnight" means exactly that. When my package didn't come I thought there was a problem until I looked at the fine print which said that your supposed "Overnight" delivery took one to two business days.

your prices are VERY high compared to Amazon.com AND your shipping is VERY SLOW. Plus you take money BEFORE item is shipped.
