I didn't realize items would be seconds. one item went from wedding gifts to "well - I can use them..." And I had ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter and gave it to her right away not knowing if it was a second or not. I think it was ok and...

I did notice a small hole near the hem of the shirt I ordered, after I had worn it for most of a day. It was too late to return it, but I was disappointed. I still like the shirt though, and I would definitely order from ideeli again.

I would like to have updates about my order if it's not filled and shipped within a few days of placing an order. Sometimes it's a lot of money in limbo that I don't know whether it's going to be taken from my account or canceled by the supplier.

I wish the shipping charges were a little less. They seem excessive. However, considering the discounted merchandise, it's still a good deal.

Banned from site for complaining about flaws in site functionality. Basically, they refused to actually investigate and correct something, and as a technology professional I was pissed off when they told me to "clear my cache" as if that somehow...
