One of the best online shopping experiences I've ever had. I had to have the package rerouted to a different location after it had been sent and backcountry took care of that. The item was marked down an extra $30 the day after I purchased it and...

Backcountry is great!! My only request is that they list product specifications on the webpage in metric also. Sometimes there are only US units and it's bothersome to make the conversions... Hope that gets fixed!
