Best kept secret for serious outdoor gear users. Prices are competitive with other high-end outfitters. Terrific inventory! Nothing on this site is fluff or cheap. Excellent quality products and marketed for the seriously experienced backcountry...

Going to return the jacket. was not what i expected. I thought it was going to be regular fleece and not the fuzzy kind. The jacket was also too small....very snug for a medium.

Please show washing instructions for each item. I require machine washable and dryable stuff. I have a long torso. Would like to know shirt lengths as well as pant lengths.

I have not yet received my refund and i would like a cash refund. i have already purchased another jacket from Back country in the correct size. I am fully satisfied with the service and merchandise i have received so far.
