Abe's customer representative called me to verify my order and offer suggestions on items I had purchased. This was very helpful in allowing me to purchase what I needed - up front, without all the hassle of possible returns.

My order was placed on 11/17/2009. The sales rep told me that he put a "rush" on the delivery so that I would have the TV before the holiday. It is now 11/28/2009 and I have not even received a call regarding delivery. I am not satified at all....

Excellent customer support from your side: However the shipper did not call after item reached local area. Claims he called my number and I told I will call him back. I called them as I saw item was in the area for a week and no one contacted
