Descriptions of products were complete. Delivery was quicker than expected; almost outran the tracking info. Quality was much better than expected. The two lamps are perfect for my uses.

The fixture was terrible to install. Items were too small or too short for installation and the installer had to use his own parts. It appeared that the manufacturer was too cheap to make the items 1/4 inch larger or longer.

I contacted Lighting Universe as soon as I received the shipments because of the poor shipping. The 3 boxes with glass wall sconces were just "banded" together. The banding was not tight around the shipment so the individual boxes could have...
