I love to buy at Ulta.com for many reasons: THEY OFFER FREE SHIPPING OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT I CAN BROWSE THE ITEMS IN THE COMFORT OF MY HOME I LOVE TO GET FREE SAMPLES, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT TO BE FAMILIAR WITH OTHER PRODUCTS.

The smaller hurricane candle holder (free gift) was broken. I do appreciate the offer of the free gift, however...just think it needed better packing around the smaller candle holder.

Product purchased was offered and advertised with a gift. Did not receive gift. Called customer support before I placed order and they said I would receive a gift for sure. Still no gift. Will be calling Customer support again.
