Order has remained in Processing status so far, has not shipped yet. Seems to take longer than I'm used to to go out for shipping.

I recieved item but didn't even know it was shipped because according to thier site it was still processing. Never did get a ship confirmation. Emailed about order but never got an answer.

Web site listed the wrong prices for a number of items I was looking to purchase, so I had to purchase elsewhere. Products were not delivered within the specified amount of time. Had to call customer support to find out my order had not been...

The worst experience I had with customer service. Not only their 800 number was not working, to have an stratight answer from the customer service by e-mail was unsat.
