The instructions weren't all that clear. I also had to file down the arm for the front of the machine . . . the hole for the screw also put a burr into the arm. I filed it off . . . then it fit fine. The machine is excellent! Everyone loves it.

I didn't get a receipt for the three dvd's just the vhs, which came first. That was frustrating for me because I need to turn it in to ge reimbursed. I would love a receipt for all three. An email confirmation is not good enough for my employer.
