When I called to check stock prior to ordering, they told me it wasn't there and wasn't on backorder. In fact, the man I spoke with did not even know there was a Sears Outlet in Moorestown. I ordered it anyway and picked it up. They are idiots.

We first went to the outlet store and had good customer service inside the store. After we spent the rest of the day shopping, we found no better deal so I ordered online. Again, I was called very soon after the order and the service was great....
