I was thrilled with my experience with Zappos. Went on line, ordered some jeans and received them the next day. Fit perfectly. Were excellent quality. I'm happy.

The order would have been received on time, however UPS supposedly had trouble finding my address. It was delayed by about 3 days.

My Transaction was Perfect, I rarely am able to order shoes online but this was so easy- shipping was superfast also!! Having the return shipping for free option was a great stress reliever also.
