I was half expecting a message from my printer telling me that I should only use their authorized ink and cartridges but happily, this did not happen. I've only used the black so far, but the quality of the print seems to be excellent.

I tried to order toner from Office Max and the toner was approx $75 for one cartridge and I needed FOUR! OUCH! I was shocked. So I went online to see if I could find better prices and found SuppliesOutlet. For all four cartridges, it came to $115...

Everything get's high marks except for something not mentioned. I can have difficulty FINDING a toner on my own but when I call in they have located it for me. Always happy "someone" can find it. :-)

The wrong item was delivered. I ordered a drum unit for my Brother laser printer and the receipt verified that I ordered a drum, but the item that arrived is a laser toner cartridge.I have not had time to call to sort this out.
