The tracking of my order was not as easy as I would like it to have been. I have ordered from other companies where I did not have to go through that many screens and was additionally able to be sent emails as the package was checked in.

I was very satifsied with my new Birkenstocks....they fit well and I liked the color and style. The shoes arrived sooner than expected. I would definitly shop at Birkenstock central again.

I had no problems at all. My order came quickly and was exactly what I wanted! I love my Birks so much. They're awesome for my plantar fasciitis! I put them on before my feet hit the floor in the morning, and don't take them off! :) Love 'em!

Item was ordered during tax free week in Connecticut. Customer Service told me that the tax would be adjusted when the order was processed. the order arrived
