Product was shipped fast and in good shape when received but the box had a couple of large holes in it. The receiver area really should be padded more so that a trailer hitch does not go through the box.

Service was on time. Package was torn in several places with hitch sticking out.

Hitch was a bit sprung so had to tie with ratchet strap to get the holes to line up.Wire clips are too big for fine wire in modern Volkswagens.
