My order was shipped with a different name attached to it for some reason so I was not able to get it on the correct day, but then someone else saw that it was my hat and I received it 2 days later.
I feel that the tracking method used by lids needs to be updated more often and customer service needs to be more knowledgeable about consumer products. I have ordered from lids on different occasions and this experience is by far the worst for me...
