I ordered my items from Factory Authorized Outlet and after a reasonable time contacted them regarding my order. Eventually I received and email saying they couldn't locate my order or purchace number. I ended up re-ordering these items at Amazon...
Demand outstrtched availability. Ther was a 6 week delay in filling order. They upgraded my order at no charge. Not necessary but they did it. Well done, good response.
