It was very easy ordering on-line with Discovery Channel. I have had issues with other ordering sites, but this was a breeze.

The webite helped me view gifts according to children's ages. My 5 y/o grandaughter was delighted with her gifts. Mom's first comment was "Everything was age appropriate for her!" "Good going, Grandma!" So, everyone was pleased.

I did not receive any notification regarding shipment until the day the package was delivered at my home. I am glad the package was delivered quickly, but it also would have been easy to track the package during shipment had I been notified.

I purchased a Blu-Ray DVD for my daughter for Christmas. I have no way of knowing the quality of it until she receives it and watches it. I do not expect her to have any problems with it nor do I expect the quality to be less than excellent.
