The customer service agent I spoke to was helpful, pleasant, and efficient. All in all, your customer service was fabulous. While 24 hour delivery was promised, it was 5 days, in reality. I wasn't surprised, as I didn't think next day delivery would...

I had your old model BA-BJIH with the pink rollers before, and that use to work much better My hair doesn't come out as well as with my previous model

Item looked refurbished and was damaged. This was returned and folica.com customer service promptly issued a return label upon my request. I am satisfied with service, but will not waste my time ordering from them again.
