I have not received the items I ordered nor any communication from the company. I placed my order on 5/5 with delivery expected in "3-5 days". It is now May 16 and nothing has been delivered!

Ordering and shipping process worked fine. Unfortunately, the item purchased does not work, plan on returning soon, can't comment upon customer service until after that.

The box the Uniden Phone was delivered in was fine. It was obvious that the Uniden box was opened. It was heavily taped shut. I called about this and they said that everything was in the box. The phone proper does not sit squarely on the surface --...

I enjoyed doing busines with 101 Phones however, I deleted the paperwork and cannot return the phone - the 3-6-9 buttons don't push down so I can not make phone calls on it. Would you please send me directions on how to return the phone? Thank...
