Grips were wrong on my irons. That was a manufacturer issue (Ping), not the vendor. But I have new grips shipped and will have to pay to have them installed.
I was not notified about the delay in delivery of the irons, but when I called the representative was very competent and was able to rush my order to me.
I have not received my order and do not know when it will arrive. It may come directly from the Manufacturer but I have no date to expect. What is going on now?
