not one person i talked to was able to help me with my issues. it took over a month for them to ship it to me and when it got here it was defective. the worst costumer service i have ever had to deal with by far. will tell ever one i know not to...

This has been my worse on-line experience ever. Ten days later and they continue to tell me the package is on the way. When they finally agree to cancel the order, they claim they will refund me when the product is received in a day. Not possible!!!

The microphone I bought stopped working. I don't know if it is the supplied battery or the unit itself. I don't fault RitzCamera, the purchase experience was AWESOME!!! I am sure if the unit is defective I will get a replacement :)
