Ritz service was excellent & site was easy to maneuver. Unfortunately item features as depicted in desc which drove my purchase decision do not seem to be available on item. Ritz responded promptly to my concern and sh/be sending me a return label.

There was no manufacturers seal on the Pentax box.I would like to know why that happened.Did I get a used item? It was supposed to be new.Does no seal mean it is gray market? Do I have a USA warranty? please contact me thru email,thank you

Shipping took a very long time. My friend ordered a week after me and got her shipment the same day. Fed Ex had terrible service. Could not find my address, called the address wrong and it was right... they have even deliverd here before!
