I was very impressed with the shipping charges and the shipping quality. I received the item which was a step up from the item I originally ordered which surprised me. The price was right and I couldn't have asked for a better transaction.

Was careful about reading fine print. Didn't read anything saying "pre-order" but after I ordered I got email saying it was. Got it w/n 3 days of estimated date but wasn't happy about unexpected and unadvertised delay.

I have ordered twice and both times my order was sent to someone else.I know this is not Zipzoomfly's fault but not having a Phone number to a real person sucks when you need help. The online resolutions no where dealt with not getting your order

I paid an extra $13 for 2nd day FedEx and got regular ground shipping which would have and should have been free if I chose that option. On another note, ZZF pretty much has the best prices anymore.
