very disappointed in the quality of item, and was told i had to pay return shipping.... a week after i purchased item free shipping was offered. i paid 4.99. + 11.00... return shipping. LOST ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Your sizes tables doesn't meet with reality. You have different products with different and the same size, is complete different for each one of them n the reality.

The packing of the products purchsed was extremly poor! Although nothing was broken, some of the product was exposed upon arrival.

When I called I was told FansEdge carried the product I was looking for and where to find it online. I then placed the order and it was delivered as promised and in the condition I expected.

Box came to me open on side on top and open on one side on the bottom. Who ever packaged it did not try hard to pacjage it.
