the shipping was too expensive for 3 bushings. Prices are a bit higher than other sites but they have a bigger selection.

I have not recieved any of the hardware that I ordered from LockHouse.I called 2 x's and the 1st time was on a Fri and co. was closed.Next week I tried to call and never could get anyone.I'm not happy at all.You got your money.Why can't get my...

I could not program the lock, even following the user's instruction. I would like to return the lock box.

I may return the little doohicky that goes on the lockbox to make it work on a lever door handle. On our door, the lockbox could still easily slide off the door handle, despite the guarantee. Lockbox is great.

Original shipment contained an incorrect item. Customer service response was prompt, return was easy. The correct item was shipped promptly, but overall the item caused a schedule delay due to the return/resupply process.
