I often shop their catalog &, in this case, rec'v'd excellent help from the woman who took my order (a beautiful necklace f/my wife). Fast delivery, friendly advice & the sort of input I needed.

The $350 purse was shipped in a pouch without a box. I feel a product of that value should be protected in better packaging. Also amount of discount for taking out a new credit card was not disclosed or indicated in the order.

Considering I don't have a local Bloomingdales in my area, it's wonderful having bloomingdale online so that I can stay in style. I look forward to visiting the site often with the oncoming of the holidays.

There was a mix-up and the sample set that was supposed to come with my perfume was never sent. Customer service did compensate me with a gift card, which did help resolve the situation.

got the Clinique gift in September - LOVED the Milly bag. the other retailers are offering the same old bag, same old thing. this bag was cute, different and high quality.
