Product is not working but it may be a problem with my electronic fence. Your team gave me some suggestions and I am going to see if they work. I will be gone two weeks so I will not be back until after October 15th.

Ball ordered were suppose to be 2-1/2". Balls received barely 2". Too small. I will not return, I will give to friends with smaller dog. Unfortunate because balls look to be good quality. A very disappointed first time shopper.

My response to satisfaction with the product is only based on the fact that my cat seems to be terrified of the device. Not the device's fault. I thought it was going to be a fountain type of watering device, which she is accustomed to.

I ordered this item based on the photo, a silver package indicating a certain formula, and I got the formula in a gold package which I do not want but I cannot wait for the proper one.
