I have not received the baskets I ordered from Lucky Clover Trading Co. Someone did call me and said they were backordered and I indicated to them that I did still want the product. I don't know the status of the order right now.

Prices were great. Products were great. Didn't know that certain products were out of stock, that was disappointing, but they redid the order and that was fine, will order the other later, maybe. Shipping was really HIGH.

Service was great, although FEDEX did deliver to the wrong address (right address was on the box). From the delivery/tracking information I was able to track where it had been delivered to and picked it up.

My concern was with the timing of the shipment. When I called the representative assured me the shipment would arrive in just a few days. I am pleased to report that's exactly what happened. Thank you!

salesperson was not available when we called and we would leave a message and she would not return call. We had to keep calling to make contact with the sales dept. Also promised items would be delivered by a certain date & they weren't
