Luggage Online satisfied the need for a new piece of luggage, but when it arrived and I gifted it to my wife her expectations were surpassed. Great job Luggage Online, interms of quality of product, value at that price and timeliness of delivery

I choose an item I wanted and made sure to use the chat online with a live person to be sure it would arrive before I left for my flight. The person on chat assured me I would get the item far in advance of my leaving. The item never arrived and...

Inability to track shipment progress was a concern. The box UPS delivered was oil soaked on one end and had been scotch taped back together. My luggage could have been damaged, but luckily was OK. The product was as advertised and I liked it.
