After receiving my order and accepting my credit card # and sending a confirmation e-mail I was notified a couple of days later wasserstrom was cancelling my order they gave a lame smoke and mirrors answer.(No sorrys No nothing I would never again...

I have not received my order at all? Where is it? If it hasn't been shipped to the 'ship to' address I need to have it shipped to the billing address, PLEASE!

wasserstrom was the only company i was able to purchase the product i neededfrom . a less than 5.00 part saved our church over a hundred dollars

I would have liked to pick this item up at the store but they were only available from the warehouse! Hence, I had to pay the shipping! Other than that, everything was great!!! Loved the product and will work well for our needs.
