I gave these flowers to my mother on her 75th birthday.A few days later 2 of the buds bloomed,the rest died on the vine.I'm extremely unhappy about this and you will not have my business in the future.

FTD keeps asking me if I received my flowers. I sent the flowers to someone else and don't know if thy received them, on time or at all.

I did have a chance to view Peace Liliy in pperson because I had it sent for a relatives funeral in another state and I was not able to attend the funeral or visit with the family. I ordered on-line and from the photo of the plant it was beautiful.

I felt that your delivery fee was way out of line. The delivery fee cost me more than the flowers. That is ridiculous.
