I ordered a shirt for my sister and she received a hat instead of a shirt, then after 3 weeks I get an e-mail telling me the shirt is out of stock and they don't know when it'll be in stock.

The site does not clearly state delivery dates for different shipping methods. I complained about that, suggesting that they improve it similar to amazon.com. Their response was to point out in a very lengthy response where I could see the delivery...

Found what I wanted at a decent price...shipping took forever....3-4 days past what the stated shipping time was and package tracking took 2-3 to update its progress.
