I contacted the NHL online to verify sizing for a personalized jersey, which are not returnable. I ordered the size based on the info I was given and the jersey is too small. Its an expensive item. and now we have a Christmas gift that WON'T fit.

I ordered two items, on the same day same time...but they were delivered separately, so I was confused because the website said if you order more than a certain amount shipping is free...but then you shipped my items separately and 1 week apart

They have items on the site listed as in stock on the site but they aren't in stock. They charge you for them and don't ship them and don't even send you emails to let u kno it isn't in stock. DON'T shop here. The reps r also very rude and unfriendly
