Easy to navigate website, exceeded my expectation on delivery, price was very competitive, were very helpful after I gave incorrect credit card information, very good followup on order status. I highly recommend Vann's

Short and sweet, here are my criteria: - product selection - user-friendly product-informative website - ease of order entry, payment - communication throughout the process On every count, in my opinion Vanns is the tops! Thanks for great service.

This purchase went easily. This is to be a christmas gift, so we have not completed set up or used the product. Hopefully I will be satisfied in that regard when the time comes

shipping was on time, but a little long. However it was free shipping so this is was not a big deal. Still came in time for the big game!

THE 54" HDTV ARRIVED ON TIME AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION (NOT A MARK ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER). THE WEBSITE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE, PRICE WAS EXCELLENT AND ORDERING PROCESS VERY SMOOTH.

I was amazed at the ease of finding and using your web site. I wasn't familiar with Vann's. But, I am a big fan now. The product and delivery were beyond my expectation. I will definitely use Vann's again; keep up the good work!!
