Website needs a very clear declaration of how vendors are related (or not) to Sears itself. Otherwise, the product purchase and delivery experience was good -product matched website description, photos.
The item has no tracking ability; shows delivered to me however it was not. When I asked customer service for help, they told me they would contact me in eight days and if not, would refund my money.
