I wanted to cancel my order the next day,I was told it had shipped.I asked if I could return the item at the Bad Axe Store and was told yes.I called the next day and was told the item was getting ready to ship and he was going to try and get it...

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.
