I ordered a toner cartridge from Databazzar. Databazaar told me it was "out of stock" and I would be getting a refund. I have not checked yet to see if I was charged or received a refund - now I will.

I received my order of two color ink cartridges at 4:10 p.m. on Friday April 21. I have NOT received by order of two black ink cartridges. It seems an unusually long time to travel from Florida to South Carolina.

I've bought stuff before and very pleased with it overall. This time my order took 2 1/2 weeks and should have been less than a week. Had to contact customer service twice to resolve it.

I waited 19 days to get my order. I made 4 calls to customer service and was told my item would ship in 24 hrs. I never received an e-mail with a tracking number. When delivery was free my order would arrive in 2-3 days. Now it's $6.95 and took 19...
