I was surprised at the time it took to get a gift card; over 10 days. It did arrive in time for the gift giving, but only because of the extra time I allowed. I did send an email after 8 days inquiring as to the status of the order, but never...

I was very pleased with the customer service. I missed the box to put the coupon code in and when I gave them feedback on this issue they promptly added the discount for me. I also missed one of my pants that needed to be ordered and they sent it...

Thanks team express for the service. the only thing was that the delivery said up to 5 business days. and it took over 2 weeks, but fortunately all items were delivered and was perfect THANKS AGAIN
