I haven't recieved my shippment yet. I went to the web site and it said it will ship shortly but I still haven't recieved it.

It took 2 weeks to received the product, which did show up the day after I emailed them, and 11 days after an email had told me it had been shipped. They said they'd ship a replacement.

Simply put. My online order had an error. However, my email address and phone number were provided and I didn't receive a correspondence from VitaminShoppe that there was a problem with my order. Sorry, I do not consider that good customer service.

i like the fact that i was able to choose the product with the best price by noting other prices and the per cent of the discount i did well costwise by getting quality products at the lowest possible price
