Rock/Creek Outfitters website was easy to use. The product was shipped w/in the expected time frame. This is the second time I've purchased from Rock/Creek Outfitters online and have been satisfied each time.

Great price and fast shipping. The internet site was useful and easy to use. I was able to compare different jackets easily and choose the right one for me.

My biggest problem I think was the fact it cost me almost ten dollars to return the item. To me it is one of the biggest draw backs to buying on line.

I had to return the Vibran Five Finger shoes I ordered because they were too small. Rock Creek Outfitters did not have the shoe in any other sizes so I couldn't exchange my order. There were not return labels included in the order.

I was a little dissatisfied that my clothing purchase was not packaged in a plastic or paper bag. It was just inside the box and I was alittle concerned it was a used product instead of new.

Product (Vibram FiveFingers) doesn't have a retailer in Belgium / Netherlands, so I ordered it from RockCreek via Amazon. I found it a pity that I now paid ca. 150 euro for an 87 euro pair of shoes. Shipping cost and delivery cost were quite high...
