I received my order on time, but no instructions were enclosed. However, I called customer service and was e-mailed the instructions within 5 minutes!!! Excellent customer servic..

I ordered 2 items. The first item was wrong and after I received the RMA I sent it back. Did not receive the second item I ordered. I finally got through on a Friday night 2 weeks later and was promised that Monday It would be resolved. Monday it...

shipping took somewhat longer than i thought purchased on the nov 5 reveived on nov 16. U.S. mail is that quick.

Very nice product, well made and fits #one. Shipping and duty costs very high in Canada, wich makes the price too high.

everything was smooth witht he transaction, but i have problem tracking the item. Also they take a long time to ship the items. it would be nicer to have things faster.

The MATS I received were much smaller than the ones I replaced in my MBZ CS wanted me to send them photo's, because the product info were correct and he wanted me to send him (Nick) photo's I sent them.
