My sink bowl was cracked...the item is backordered. I'm need to take a photo and send it to you.It will take 90 days to resolve the issue thru FED EX! My kitchen is being built & I need it for granite templating. What a disaster. Not good.

I initially contacted customer service who struggled to answer questions. I tried to contact via web, and phone to check delivery status, and was unable to. When I finally got someone he was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved my issue.

we ordered the item 11/5/09 we still have not received the item yet. Have called customer service about 4 times, no answer only a recording. They have never called us back. The charge is on our account. Not very pleased at this time.

The product was delivered days before I expected it. It meets all the specifications. It is now installed and working perfectly. It should have included essential accessories like the pipe cover and valve assembley.

Free shipping on orders over $325.00. The item that I wanted to purchase was on sale for $324.99. I needed 2 so I placed the order & the shipping was deducted since the total order was over the specified amount. They then cancelled my order.
