i had a live chat with Josh. i needed help making a decision regarding getting a personalized banner. I wasn't sure if it would come in time, he was able to tell me that i would. i was extremely happy with the end result.

I ordered a birthday package for my daughter's birthday. It was on time, however, what I got was a bunch of substituted products. I would have rather been contacted and told that what I ordered was unavailable than to have not gotten what I ordered.

my experience was very good. the only complaint I have is having to pay shipping fees on a damaged item and a costume that did not fit.
