Did not recieve the order, if overstock no longer have an item in stock they should remove it from before one goes thru the trouble of ordering and waiting days before hearing from them

Have not received order. Ship date was 11/16 with 2-4 day delivery. UPS estimates delivery date to be pushed out to 7 days or 11/24/09. We had scheduled professional plumber to install the Overstock item on 11/23/09.

I still have not received my order nor a response from customer service phone call or email request for help locating my order. My credit card has, however been charged for the order. #8049

THe faucet was defective. I called to get another one, so that my mother's sink would be functional. The lady on the phone said that they would send another faucet, but I have not yet received it. It has been more than a week.

Their customer service does not want to help you. Their voicemail will not take any messages and they do not answer emails.
