I received a remanufactured printer cartridge from SwapInk which failed immediately, so I had to call to get a warranty replacement. My feedback is that the contact information was nowhere in the package I received; I had to search the web to find...

Had a question about the correct # cart for mu printer and called. Got my answer from customer service and then ordered. The order arrived faster than expected, not even enough time to track it, it was that fast. I wish all my online purchases...
