I was very happy at how well the blinds were packaged and the directions so I could install them myself. The blinds work quite well. The colors didn't match as closely as I had hoped with what showed on-line.

I was very happy with your selections of wallpapers and that I found a discontinued paper. (Discontinued from a local store) I was, however, a little disappointed in the length of time it took UPS to deliver. USPS may be quicker.

Customer service is a joke. You will be told you will get a call and then never hear anything. The products are nice but not necessarily what you are expecting.

We aren't ready to hang the blinds yet, so I can only assume that everything is ok. Boxes arrived quickly, but I haven't opened any of them to verify. We put it into storage right away (we won't need them for about another month or so).

I ordered one roll of border wallpaper. It has a crease in the middle of the roll about 1/3 of the way through the roll. There was no way the company could have not seem it before it was shipped.

I am only unhappy with the return policy. In restoring an old house, I am not always finished within 30 days and then am stuck with wallpaper I cannot use. I also risk not ordering enough because I cannot return it quickly enough.
