After finding a slight defect in the performance of this amp, I contacted Customer Service. I was very pleased with the outcome. Their service is the best. Currently, I am waiting for the replacement, but I still happy overall.
Dayton Subwoofer kit was easy to assemble and all parts were present. Only problem was that the two lower snap pins holding the grill were broken. Customer service is shipping replacements - no hassle no problem.
