I really love kipling products but buying this item's online is better that buying in store , because I'm living in Miami and the stores located Su dolphin mall and another in bayside , the costumer services over that was really poor and bad, you...

The website shows the item is available, but when I got an email, they told me one of my orders was back order! If the item is not available, you guys should make it clear on the website!
