I ordered a Stanford flag and along with a rod and bracket to display the flag outside of my house. The flag was excellent along with the rod but the bracket was of poor quality and literally broke about one hour after I had placed the flag in it....

I was not totally satisfied with two of the flags received becasue the presentation represented embroider flags. Every flag I have ever purchased that was represented as embroider had both side embroider, not just on side.

need to figure out how to contact them concerning some broken parts. There is no toll free # on any of the packing materials. I have 2 of the flag holder rings that were broken and need them replaced
